Katie loves princesses and pets

Katie is a 7-year-old girl who likes unicorns, princesses and would ideally like a home with a cat and a dog. Katie is a quietly spoken child, but she is curious and chatty. She makes good eye contact and smiles a lot.

Katie enjoys school and learning, though does require some additional support – this is likely due to falling behind through a few months of living with family outside the area. She has a lovely group of friends, who she enjoys spending time with.

Katie would benefit from engaging in fun, stimulating play and learning opportunities with carers and other children. Due to her early experiences and Mum’s mental ill health, Katie needs help understanding who is safe and what is real, because her sense of safety and risk is not well developed.
